Refund Policy

Refund Policy lasts only 7 days. You are eligible to request your refund within seven days of the first payment. After that, you will not get any refund. On second payment, you will not be able to refund your money.

You are only eligible to get your money back if we cannot solve your problem related to the server or your cPanel, Direct Admin Panel, Managed WordPress, Reseller Hosting, etc. Only annual subscriptions will be eligible for a refund. We are not sure that we will solve your VPS problem as we do not offer Managed VPS Server and Managed Dedicated Server. We do not refund the money used to purchase a domain from Hostamble. Refunds will be settled to your bank account within 5-7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

We are eligible to cancel your account if it goes against our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

You are free to cancel your product anytime by making the request. On cancellation, the refund will proceed only if it comes under the Refund Policy.
